The Korean-Arts’
Newsletter for November 16, 2013
Coffee Cups, Teapots & More
New
celadon cups, designed specifically for iced coffee, but great for hot cider
as well, and just in time for Christmas; non-traditional, slate finished
ceramic cups in wine-gray, gray or a more traditional celadon color for the
holidays. |
Our
wedding duck sets have always been our most popular items not just for their
appearance but because of the story and meaning behind them: wedding ducks
represent the bride and the groom and after the wedding, they are placed
somewhere in the couple’s house and their position (placed by either spouse)
tells of the couple’s marital state. Nose to nose means the relationship is
good, tail to tail means they are probably having a tiff. We currently have
two new styles of wedding ducks on sale and have them in sufficient
quantities for wedding favors. |
In order to make your Christmas gift giving easier, and cheaper, we are offering free gift-wrapping for a limited time. From November 14 to December 17 (Korea time), you can have your order gift-wrapped and add a personal message to the gift for free. To take advantage of this offer, just add the gift-wrapping option to your shopping cart and we will gift-wrap your order in our unique, Hanji paper, and send it to the recipient of your choice. To add a personalized message with your gift just write your message in the ‘Comment’ section of the ‘Korean-Arts’ Shopping Cart” page when in-putting the shipping address, and we will send your message along with your gift on our beautiful Han-ji stationary and envelopes. Visit our Gift-wrapping, Wrapping Paper, Gift Boxes and Stationery page for more details. |
